Responsibilities
Support and execute CFO and Transaction services engagements
Prepare deliverables for clients
Assist in design, improvement, and implementation of internal processes, procedures, and templates for each group
Active involvement in the firm’s business development efforts
Active participation in operations and strategy discussions
Qualification
Required
4-8 years of public accounting or/and corporate finance experience
1-3 years of leadership experience
Knowledge of GAAP and internal accounting systems and accounting processes such as inventory, accrual estimates, revenue recognition, fixed assets, and interim/year-end close
Ideal candidates will have at least one of the following: CPA, CFA, MBA, or relevant Masters
Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time, when applicable

Previous audit experience is preferred
