The Electronic Services Coordinator is responsible for administrative duties within the Electronic Services Department, handling inquiries and adjustments for various electronic services and products.

Responsibilities

Resolve account holder issues related to card adjustments, usage, disputes, and lost or stolen cards
Assist with opening online accounts
Serve as backup for other department duties
Work with branches on ATM-related issues
Answer online banking and card inquiries

Qualification

Digital banking experienceFinancial institution experienceWindows based softwareMathematical functionsInterpersonal skillsAttention to detailOrganizational skillsCommunication skills

Required

2 years' experience in a financial institution or lending environment required
High school diploma or G.E.D. required
A collaborative individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Able to read and interpret loan documents and related regulations, policies and procedures
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Able to organize and prioritize workflow
Knowledge of Windows based software and other applications
Able to perform intermediate mathematical functions
