Responsibilities

Outbound call all customers with appointments to confirm
Communicate appointment details (Day, date, time, location)
Answer inbound phone calls for Confirmation
Update appointments contingent on call outcomes
Rebuttal objections to cancel appointments, and reschedule customers who cannot be at the appointment
Follow scripting on calls, and prompts for objections
Understand company policies and FAQs for solar
Check emails and voicemails for Confirmation
