Responsibilities
Drive strategic growth across the East Coast by developing and executing high-impact sales strategies that consistently meet and exceed revenue targets
Build, strengthen, and expand relationships with existing and prospective customers, serving as a trusted advisor and delivering tailored ingredient solutions
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities by monitoring market trends, emerging applications, and competitive dynamics
Represent the brand at customer meetings, trade shows, and key industry events to enhance visibility and reinforce market leadership
Partner cross-functionally with marketing, R&D, and operations teams to ensure alignment and execution of commercial priorities
Provide actionable insights through market intelligence, competitive analysis, and accurate sales forecasting
Utilize CRM tools to manage pipelines, track performance, and report progress to senior leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Science or a related field preferred
7–10 years of successful sales experience within branded nutraceutical ingredients, supplier/distributor environments, or CDMO/CMO organizations
Proven track record of driving new business development and sustained revenue growth
Established relationships with nutraceutical brands and contract manufacturers across the East Coast
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Highly organized, analytical, and self-motivated, with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
Willingness to travel to customer sites, trade shows, and key industry events as needed
