Responsibilities
Curate and execute content across Armstrong World Industries’ social accounts, including daily posting, scheduling, monitoring, and community engagement
Support the development and execution of integrated content calendars aligned with brand priorities, product launches, seasonal moments, and campaign themes
Edit and optimize social assets for each platform
Collaborate cross‑functionally with Communications, Creative, and Digital Marketing teams to ensure alignment and consistent brand execution
Participate in content ideation by incorporating social insights, trends, and performance data into recommendations
Track performance and engagement metrics and contribute to weekly and monthly reporting
Enter tasks into the project management system, monitor progress, and follow up with stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met
Support social media strategy and employee advocacy initiatives in partnership with the Social Media Manager
Assist the Digital Marketing team with campaign tracking, email marketing, and updating marketing documentation
Stay current on platform updates, industry trends, and the competitive landscape—and make informed recommendations
Attend internal/external training sessions and complete relevant social platform certifications
Integrate AI tools into daily workflows to enhance efficiency and creativity
Ensure compliance with professional, ethical, and brand standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree preferred
1-2 years in digital marketing or paid media experience
Experience with social scheduling platforms such as Sprout Social
Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana
Preferred
B2B experience preferred
Experience working with an influencer network or managing influencer partnerships
