Growing others and provide guidance on application build and testing
Minimum of 3+ years of experience as an Epic Analyst, with a focus on Beaker, including significant experience in Clinical Pathology (CP) build and testing
Epic Beaker certification is required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clinical teams and stakeholders
Proficiency in testing methodologies and tools specific to Epic Beaker and laboratory workflows

Preferred

Data Innovation
Beaker – AP
Experience with Beaker integration with Data Innovations
Familiarity with microbiology workflows and requirements within the Beaker application
Knowledge of healthcare regulations, such as HIPAA, and best practices for data security and privacy
