Work closely with business and technology partners to automate, digitize, and transform operational environments
Own end-to-end delivery, from design through implementation

Required

Bachelor's Degree
Java, Groovy, JavaScript, REST APIs, HTML
Camunda BPM or other BPM platforms
CI/CD pipelines and best practices
Data visualization, reporting, and dashboards
AWS or other cloud platforms
Business process improvement / re-engineering
Experience partnering with business and technical teams
Technical leadership and mentoring
Financial services experience
Ownership of end-to-end technical delivery

Preferred

BPM Development experience (Camunda is preferred, also can consider Appian)
Strong Java background
Solid understanding of CI/CD (Jenkins preferred)
AWS experience (nice to have)
