Instruction focused on Steering and Thrust Control Watchstation operations
Alignment of systems in accordance with EOSS, technical publication guidance and Sound Shipboard Operating Principles and Procedures
Works independently and with a team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in any discipline OR 7+ years of relevant naval experience in lieu of degree
5+ years professional experience in curriculum development
Navy Instructor Experience
Secret Security Clearance eligibility
Must be a US Citizen
Must have demonstrated expertise in one or more of the following: Steering and Thrust Control Watchstation operations
Alignment of systems in accordance with Engineering Operational Sequencing System (EOSS)
Technical publication guidance and Sound Shipboard Operating Principles and Procedures
Ship Control System, Navigation, Mechanical Steering Systems
Command Control Communications Computers & Intelligence (C4I)
Electronic Cooling Water Systems; 400 hertz
Aegis Computer Network Technician I/II, SPY
Vertical Launching System
Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW)
Surface Vessel Torpedo Tube
Embedded Training Systems (ETS)
Preferred
