Determining whether requirements for driver's license renewals, duplicates, BCID and BC Services Cards have been met
Working with customers to understand their licensing needs
Assisting with processing Violation Tickets and Disputes
Qualification
Required
Outstanding face to face customer service experience
Experience handling cash in a fast paced, transactional environment
Exceptional data entry skills and ability to reconcile daily transactions
Minimum Class 5 BC Driver's License
