Responsibilities
Cold calling, follow-up calls, appointment scheduling via phone with prospects, and follow-up calls with event attendees
Assist with prospect research, lead tracking, and CRM updates
Support business development initiatives and outreach campaigns
Help prepare pitch decks, proposals, and client-facing materials
Participate in client meetings, calls, and events when appropriate
Assist with content creation for digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, and presentations
Support brand awareness initiatives, campaigns, and event marketing (including CEO Club and client events)
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic initiatives
Help track and analyze marketing performance metrics
Support special projects aligned with bank growth, client experience, and innovation
Contribute ideas that enhance collaboration, efficiency, and impact
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Finance, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Preferred
Familiarity with CRM tools, social media platforms, or design tools
