Responsibilities

Develops, writes, and edits material for reports; various technical and administrative reports; analyzes trends and works with management within program
Reviews work processes, data and make recommendations for improvements with a proven ability to distill complex business issues into easily understandable terms for a variety of audiences
Organizes data, graphs and other material in a logical format and executes reporting as needed on a regular interval
Compares data to established norms to verify consistent updates and validity to baseline data
Reviews published reports, materials and recommends revisions or changes in data, format, or content
Performs data analysis and organizes data for ease of viewing via software tools
Reviews team deliverables and coordinate feedback from stakeholders
Facilitates project meetings and produce/distribute meeting documents

Required

Bachelor's degree with strong emphasis on communication, business, finance or account
7+ years' experience as a business or financial analyst with demonstrated work products
Ability to work in teams and actively participate in making decisions and show problem-solving capabilities
Capable of analyzing complex issues and evaluating alternatives to achieve quality solutions
Strong organizational skills with the ability to track and prioritize numerous simultaneous tasks
Demonstrated knowledge of financial reporting and forecasting, accounting concepts, and auditing and reconciling multiple invoices and multiple budgets
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
