2+ years expHaynes International is seeking an IT Support Analyst to provide user support for desktop equipment and software. The role involves troubleshooting, data migration, and supporting enterprise operations equipment while ensuring cybersecurity best practices are followed.

Responsibilities
Support desktop applications and train users as required, assist remote users via VNC and other remote tools
Provide assistance to users as required for PC based equipment and software
Setup new PCs, mobile devices, deliver, install, and migrate data as required throughout corporation including remote sites as required and lease returns according to lease schedules
PC user support to include repair, swap, update and instruct and train users on operation and backup procedures
Locate hardware and software solutions to enhance PC performance and interface to production processing data
Correct all malfunctioning equipment with expertise or recommend replacement. Understand who to contact for mill process control equipment repairs and work with the IT Supervisor of Customer Support to confirm workable spares if needed
Support all security and telecommunications systems on site
Attend all safety meetings and provide feedback on issues
Maintain user security and develop and implement policies for PCs. Use good administration ethic when administering user personnel files. Monitor system performance and report malfunctions to Manager
Have a strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices, identify vulnerabilities, insecure conjurations, and assist with the continuous improvement of the organization’s security posture
Qualification
Required
Associates degree in related field or equivalent experience
Two years' experience with PC and printer setup and installation/troubleshooting/maintenance
Basic network Troubleshooting
Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices, identify vulnerabilities, insecure configurations, and assist with the continuous improvement of the organization's security posture
