Supports team members and/or management in the preparation of investment memos and presentations
Participates in data-driven investment initiatives
Supports team members and/or management in developing basic recommendations to solve problems and issues related to identified trends and data insights
Completes training to expand knowledge of capital markets, investment strategy, and financial analysis

Required

Demonstrated interest in capital markets, investment strategy, and financial analysis
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to manipulate data, create visualizations, and communicate findings
Familiarity with or willingness to learn programming languages such as Python and SQL
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and present it effectively

Preferred

Intent to pursue the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation
Exposure to investment coursework, internships, or relevant extracurricular activities
