Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce solutions
Translate functional and business requirements into comprehensive technical specifications
Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices, scalable design patterns, and platform limitations
Design and implement custom objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, dashboards, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Components
Develop high‑performance, reusable, and reliable Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce
Build secure integrations leveraging REST/SOAP APIs and external systems as needed
Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards across the development team
Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and cross-functional teams within an Agile environment
Lead and coordinate Daily Scrum Meetings, sprint planning, and backlog refinement
Break down business requirements and user stories into executable development tasks
Identify, track, and resolve defects through peer review and testing cycles
Evaluate, recommend, and integrate AppExchange products based on business needs and compatibility
Qualification
Required
10+ years of hands-on experience on the Salesforce platform (Administration, Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, Lightning, Communities/Experience Cloud, etc.)
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, and platform constraints
Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology
Demonstrated ability to design secure, scalable Salesforce solutions
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, Platform Developer II, Salesforce Certified Administrator, etc.)
Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems through REST/SOAP APIs
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Gearset, Copado, Git, etc.)
Experience with Communities/Experience Cloud configuration and customization
