Responsibilities
Lead the end to end Oracle Fusion Cloud program, including discovery, design, build, data conversion, testing, cutover, and post go live stabilization
Coordinate and manage internal subject matter experts (SMEs), the systems integrator (SI), and Oracle stakeholders
Own program governance, including steering committee cadence, decision logs, KPIs, and executive-level reporting
Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks/issues, and formal change control processes
Oversee data migration strategy, including data cleansing, mapping, validation, and reconciliation
Direct integration strategy and legacy system decommissioning plans
Ensure SOX compliance, ITGC alignment, and readiness for cutover and hypercare support
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations as a Project Manager or Program Lead
Hands-on experience migrating from Oracle EBS 12.x to Oracle Fusion Cloud
Industry experience in midstream natural gas (preferred) or broader oil & gas (required)
Proven leadership of large systems integrator/vendor teams and complex, multi-workstream programs valued at $10M+
Strong expertise in testing orchestration (SIT/UAT), data conversion leadership, and organizational change management
Excellent executive communication skills, including steering committee facilitation and senior-level reporting
