Responsibilities
Responsible for supporting Salesforce Marketing Cloud across Hertz, Dollar, and Thrifty global brands, including implementation, optimization, and maintenance
Utilizes Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Teradata Studio, ActionIQ, as well as secure file transfers (FTP), internal and external data extensions, automations, and journey management tools
Collaborates with marketing leadership, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to deliver data-driven marketing solutions
Manages Salesforce configurations, customizations, integrations, and campaign testing frameworks, including but not limited to control/holdout groups
Creates / Develops complex automations, customer journeys, reports, and dashboards to measure campaign effectiveness and gain customer insights
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience working with Salesforce, particularly Marketing Cloud, in an administrative or analytical role
Proficient in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, automations, customer journeys, and A/B testing, including holdout groups
Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions and locations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on results
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in an Agile environment and adapt to changing priorities
Ability to influence decisions and drive process improvements
Proficiency in SQL, HTML, and CSS
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
Experience in the car rental or travel industry is a plus
