Responsibilities

Develop and execute tailored success plans for high-value customers to drive adoption, engagement, and retention
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders, ensuring alignment between our software and their business goals
Lead complex implementations, guiding customers through onboarding and workflow optimization
Serve as the voice of the customer, collaborating with product and engineering teams to influence roadmap priorities based on real-world usage
Identify expansion opportunities, drive renewals, and collaborate with sales to grow accounts through upselling and cross-selling
Leverage data to assess customer health, mitigate churn risks, and implement proactive engagement strategies
Partner with the sales team to assist in high-stakes product demonstrations, proof-of-concept projects, and executive-level discussions to help close new business
Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and customer forums to share insights on PIM and BIM best practices
Provide guidance and coaching to junior customer success managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Required

5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or technical consulting within a software/SaaS company
Strong knowledge of BIM coordination, Project Information Management, or related AEC technologies
Proven track record of driving customer adoption, retention, and revenue growth
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and executive-level stakeholders
Experience leading complex implementations and change management initiatives
Ability to analyze customer data to inform strategic decisions
Ability to travel to company and team events

Preferred

Direct experience working within Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (AEC) firms
Expertise in construction project lifecycles, document management, and compliance requirements
Previous leadership or mentoring experience
Familiarity with Salesforce
Bilingual in English and French
