InternFuyao Group is seeking a Purchasing Intern to provide administrative support to meet company management's objectives. The role involves managing procurement documents, maintaining supplier records, and assisting with various administrative tasks to achieve team goals.

Assist in performing and managing administration related works that is responsible by the department
Responsible for managing procurement bidding documents, bid award notices, and supplier contracts
Responsible for establishing and maintaining supplier files and records
Other duties as assigned

Qualification
Required
Proficiency in English is required, as it is the primary language used in the workplace
Candidates must be able to read, comprehend, and apply information from documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and maintenance manuals
Candidates must be able to interpret instructions provided in written, verbal, diagram, or schedule form
Strong communication skills are also essential to effectively interact with team members, engineers, leadership, and customers
Currently seeking a Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management - Business Management - or any other related field
Administrative work related activities in manufacturing and production environment
Proficiency using Microsoft Office
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Understand company operational process and system requirement
Strong interpersonal skills to work with people and across different departments
Preferred
Bilingual: English - Chinese (A plus)
