Troubleshoot & maintain Siemens PLC/HMI systems (TIA Portal is the priority)
Program logic, commission equipment, and drive continuous improvement
Work autonomously with full backing from leadership
Partner directly with maintenance techs and operators
Own projects end-to-end (example: Fanuc robot reactivation)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, EET, Engineering Technology, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or related
3+ years of hands-on controls/automation experience in manufacturing
Strong Siemens PLC programming & troubleshooting (this is the #1 skill we need)
Proven ability to work independently as the sole controls resource
Comfortable in a hot, industrial foundry environment
Preferred
AutoCAD (schematics & panel design)
Fanuc robotics
SAP or similar ERP
Power distribution experience
PMP
