The Training and Development Intern will support the learning management system, assist in refining training resources, and help with hosting in-person training events, all while gaining hands-on experience in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
You will perform various functions in Banner’s learning management system including supporting object creation, assignments, completion tracking, reporting, and more
You will work with hiring managers and SMEs to refine and revise training resources
You will participate in various set-up, preparation, and hosting responsibilities for in-person training sessions
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a degree with an interest in training or enterprise learning systems
A desire to learn about and support training and development actions
An aptitude for computer systems – the person must be 'tech-savvy' as many of their responsibilities will be in our Learning Management System (LMS). It is complex, and we need someone who can not only follow documented steps but think ahead
Detail oriented and able to follow directions with many complex steps
Ability and desire to connect and communicate with others in person, in writing, and through virtual platforms
Experience with Office 365 applications including Outlook, Excel, Word, etc
Preferred
Experience working with an LMS
