They are seeking a Designer, FP I to contribute to fire protection system projects by designing automatic sprinkler systems and collaborating with project managers to ensure project success.

Responsibilities
Design automatic sprinkler systems using AutoSPRINK and other design software
Plan, organize, and execute projects through activities such as; on-site field surveys
Generating hydraulic calculations
Submitting drawings to obtain the required building permits
3D model coordination
Preparing bill of materials for our fabrication
Ensuring the projects adhere to the proposed timeline
Preparing project close-out, operation and maintenance documents
Qualification
Required
Construction knowledge/experiences
Design/drafting experiences
Construction degree in a related program
Proficient in CAD software
Mathematically and technically inclined to learn industry-specific software and codes
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
Maintaining cutting-edge industry knowledge
Ability to execute tasks with a great amount of detail
Prior experience designing fire protection systems
Hold a NICET certification
