Responsibilities
Serve as the primary administrator for Salesforce environments, overseeing user management, security settings, profiles, roles, and permissions
Configure and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and automation (Flows, Process Builder)
Support and enhance Health Cloud and/or Life Sciences Cloud features, including patient, clinical, or healthcare provider workflows
Assist with integrating healthcare data using standards such as HL7, FHIR, and interoperability frameworks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, product, sales, and analytics, to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
Maintain and enhance reports and dashboards for various organizational units including care coordination, clinical operations, and executive leadership
Monitor data quality, support cleansing workflows, and ensure compliance with health and life sciences data governance standards
Support release cycles, testing, documentation, and end-user training
Qualification
Required
3+ years as a Salesforce Administrator, preferably in healthcare, biotech, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences environments
Hands-on experience with Health Cloud and/or Life Sciences Cloud
Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, data modeling, workflows, security models, and platform automation
Experience with healthcare interoperability (FHIR, HL7) and/or patient or provider-centric data processes
Excellent communication skills and the ability to partner with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred
Development experience (Apex, LWC, API integrations) is highly preferred
Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Platform Developer I are a plus
