Human Resources Coordinator II - Human Resources Operations

Responsibilities
Provide timely, professional, and customer?focused support by researching and resolving employee and HR inquiries
Administer HR processes including talent acquisition tasks, internal transfers, organizational management updates, employee record maintenance, and university class administration
Maintain strict confidentiality when handling employee information and HR transactions
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute ideas to enhance HR service delivery
Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met or exceeded
Collaborate with Employee Experience Specialists to support process improvements and resolve escalations
Qualification
Required
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to multi-task, manage competing priorities, and adapt to changing needs
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Experience working collaboratively in a team environment
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to support and implement process changes
Preferred
Experience in HR processes or HR operations
Strong customer service background
Familiarity with SuccessFactors modules (Learning Administration, Employee Profile, Recruiting, Onboarding, etc.)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
