Lead the design and implementation of robust applications that shape the future of data management and analytics
Influence strategic projects and work with industry leaders
Master the latest technology stacks within a dynamic environment that values innovation and excellence
Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in SQL with proven application development experience
Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Microsoft Power Platform
Solid understanding of data modeling, data storage, and backend/frontend integration
Excellent problem-solving ability and strategic thinking
Effective communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for diverse audiences
Onsite presence required, with a hybrid work model (2 days in-office weekly)
Willingness to engage in assessment and interview processes including on-site interviews
Ability to manage and execute complex projects with a focus on long-term success
Preferred
Experience with Azure data services such as SQL Database, Synapse, and ADF
Proficiency with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau
Prior work with large-scale, long-term projects (6 months to 1 year)
Familiarity with AI tools and their integration into development workflows
Knowledge of corporate data systems within organizations like Microsoft, The Home Depot, or AT&T
Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics, business, or related field
Minimum of 5 years' experience in data, analytics, or IT environments
Experience developing with Microsoft Power Platform and Azure suite highly desirable
