Responsibilities

Lead logistics planning and execution for multiple technical shipboard projects while vessels remain in service
Coordinate international and domestic container movements through local ports
Serve as primary logistics support for assigned technical project teams
Manage freight forwarding, inventory tracking, warehousing, and storage options
Interface with port authorities to arrange cranes, manpower, and port-side resources
Review project loading plans and ensure material readiness aligned with schedules
Support project managers with requisitions, invoice tracking, and timely payments
Pre-check owner-supplied materials with contractors per P&IDs to avoid installation delays
Support projects involving ship technical systems, machinery, energy efficiency, decarbonization, and environmental compliance
