Entry Level Human Resources Professional: Travel & Expense (T&E) Analyst

Responsibilities
Support employees with questions related to travel booking, expense submissions, and reimbursement processes
Assist with the administration of corporate travel and expense policies, including updates and communications
Assist with reporting and analysis of travel and expense data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
Help maintain documentation, job aids, and training materials for T&E processes
Participate in testing and rollout of process or system enhancements
Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined policies and procedures
Basic understanding of expense reimbursement or financial processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Internship or prior experience in finance, accounting, shared services, or operations
Exposure to travel and expense systems (e.g., Concur, SAP, Workday, Oracle, or similar tools)
Interest in process improvement and data analysis
