Responsibilities
Lead cross‑functional teams responsible for the design and permitting of natural gas transmission and distribution projects, ensuring seamless communication and teamwork
Direct environmental, natural resource, and cultural resource evaluations for projects located within both new and existing utility corridors
Oversee full project lifecycle responsibilities, including safety oversight, risk management, quality assurance, scheduling, and budgeting
Conduct on‑site reviews and maintain consistent client engagement to deliver results that exceed expectations
Manage the development of environmental and non‑environmental permit packages, such as Erosion & Sedimentation Control Plans, Floodplain Development Permits, grading plans, DOT Encroachments, and Utility Encroachments, while also performing design work for natural gas pipelines and associated facilities
Collaborate with leadership to pursue new project opportunities, prepare compelling proposals, and broaden the organization's presence within the client community
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 6 years of experience in civil engineering in the energy market, with experience in the onshore oil and gas industry
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager
A proven track record of managing multidisciplinary teams with strong communication, organizational, and computer skills
Commitment to excellence in client development, proposal writing, and teamwork
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or a related technical field
