Responsibilities
Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations
Partner with colleagues across finance and operations to ensure completeness of accounting records
Maintain compliance with GAAP and internal policies
Help strengthen internal controls and streamline accounting processes
Participate in audit preparation and provide supporting documentation as needed
Assist with special projects, systems implementations, and process improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
1–3 years of accounting experience (public accounting or corporate accounting)
Solid understanding of GAAP and accounting fundamentals
Strong Excel and Financial Systems skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem solving
Strong communication and collaboration skills
