Corporate Finance Intern
AVNA is seeking a Corporate Finance Intern to join their Finance team. The candidate will gain real-world experience in the advanced medical device manufacturing industry while supporting various financial tasks and contributing to business process improvements.

Responsibilities
Support the monthly credit card reconciliations and ensure compliance with AVNA policy
Support the purchase price variance analysis and perform ad hoc cost accounting analysis as needed
Support month end closing process, including account reconciliations and documentation
Support the month end variance analysis process
Perform ad hoc process improvement projects as required
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience using excel (pivot table, lookup etc.)
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Must be able to work at least 20 hours per week
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrate a learning mindset
Preferred
Previous internships or experience in a manufacturing environment or in finance or accounting roles are preferred but not required
