TEKsystems is a leading provider of business and technology services, currently hiring for full-time Member Service Representatives with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in the Winchester, VA area starting on March 9th. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for members in a fast-paced contact center, responding to inquiries, performing transactions, and advising members on products and services.

Responsibilities

Responding to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals
Providing information on the company's products and services, using strong knowledge, active listening, and adaptability across multiple systems to ensure an optimal member experience
Performing transactions or related functions for accounts such as savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and more
Advising members on additional products and services that align with their needs, while fostering positive interactions
Handling a high call volume of 80-100+ calls daily

Qualification

Customer service experienceComputer knowledgeData entry proficiencyCommunication skillsAdaptability

Required

High School Diploma or GED required
1-2 years of recent customer service experience (e.g., call center, collections, or banking) working directly with customers
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
Willingness to assist others and navigate challenging conversations
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer knowledge, including data entry and typing proficiency
