Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, clinics, and hospitals
Conduct product demonstrations and educational sessions to showcase the benefits and features of our medical solutions
Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through outside sales efforts
Manage existing accounts by providing ongoing support, training, and product updates
Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored sales strategies based on client needs and market analysis
Present product information clearly and persuasively using Microsoft PowerPoint and other presentation tools
Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business while ensuring customer satisfaction
Provide feedback from clients to the product development team for continuous improvement
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up tasks using organizational skills
Qualification
Required
Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent customer service abilities
Demonstrated account management experience with a track record of growing client portfolios
Exceptional communication skills for engaging healthcare professionals effectively
Analytical skills to interpret market data and develop strategic sales approaches
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Leadership qualities with the ability to work independently in outside sales environments
Organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and coordinate product demos efficiently
