Administrative Coordinator
Pinnacle Fertility is a leading fertility care platform dedicated to fulfilling dreams by building families. The Administrative Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily clinic operations while providing compassionate support to patients navigating their fertility journey.

Responsibilities
Accurately document patient interactions, lab, and ultrasound results in the EMR
Provide emotional support and respond to patient questions and concerns
Schedule appointments and coordinate referrals, orders, and medical records
Assist with medication prior authorizations, prescriptions, and refill requests
Manage medication inventory, including samples and consignment stock
Support completion of FMLA paperwork and work/school release letters
Collaborate with outside agencies to support continuity of care
Assist with additional administrative tasks and other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma required
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, front desk, or administrative support
Strong customer service skills with a professional, patient-centered approach
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Strong time management and multitasking abilities, with the ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
Empathy, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset within a multidisciplinary team
Preferred
Experience in women's health or healthcare is a plus
