Area Director
Boys & Girls Clubs of Whatcom County is the largest youth serving organization in Whatcom County, dedicated to developing the next generation of community leaders. They are seeking an Area Director to supervise managerial staff, enhance organizational capacity, and ensure safety and quality programming for youth development.

Supervising managerial staff at Clubhouses
Increasing overall organizational capacity
Focusing on targeted programs that result in outcome driven Club experiences
Staff development
Grant reporting
Ensuring safety
Embodying BGCWC's DNA Culture Code and amplifying it to teams
Qualification
Required
Strong supervisory skills
Experience in creating and deploying quality programming for youth development
Ability to increase overall organizational capacity
Experience with targeted programs that result in outcome driven Club experiences
Experience in staff development
Experience in grant reporting
Commitment to safety
Ability to embody and amplify BGCWC's DNA Culture Code
