Responsibilities
Execute complex provisioning tasks on live network equipment using approved Methods of Procedure (MOPs), including activities that may result in temporary service interruptions
Perform circuit grooming, card swaps, and software upgrades
Troubleshoot and resolve network issues efficiently to minimize downtime
Configure, maintain, and support enterprise-level network infrastructure
Work with the following network equipment:
Juniper MX960
Cisco ASR 9000
Cisco ME3400
Qualification
Required
Previous experience working for an Internet Service Provider (ISP) or network carrier
Minimum certification required: CCNA or JNCIA
Network Engineering: 1 year (Required)
Ability to Commute: Charlotte, NC 28262 (Required)
