Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with internal sales teams and external customers
Monitor and manage customer credit agreements and payment activity
Investigate and resolve payment disputes and trends
Assess credit risk and recommend solutions to Underwriting team
Negotiate payment plans with delinquent accounts
Hit monthly goals across B2B and B2C portfolios
Deliver exceptional customer service
Support team operations with administrative tasks and special projects

Qualification

Required

2+ years of experience in credit and collections
Solid understanding of credit principles and collection strategies
Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, etc.)
Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized
Team-oriented mindset with a focus on relationship-building
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to pass background check, drug screen (including marijuana)

Preferred

NACM designation highly desired, but not required
