Oversee and manage licenses for major software publishers like Microsoft, Adobe, and Autodesk

Conduct compliance audits and reconcile procurement data with software models and entitlements

Define, document, and refine software asset management (SAM) processes and governance strategies

Create and maintain process documents and design diagrams using Microsoft Visio

Process software requests, reclaim unused licenses, and manage software catalog entries in ServiceNow

Generate usage reports and conduct license analysis for cost efficiency

Collaborate with HR, IT, and procurement teams to align software usage policies

Lead automation initiatives to enhance ServiceNow SAM Pro functions and processes
