Responsibilities
Schedule, coordinate, and confirm candidate interviews across multiple time zones
Greet onsite candidates and ensure a warm, professional, and seamless interview experience
Handle all cancellations and reschedule interviews promptly and efficiently
Communicate changes to relevant parties and update internal systems accordingly
Qualification
Required
1-2 years of relevant experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with consistent follow-through
Clear, professional communication and time management skills
