Responsibilities
Validate pricing and confirm rates align with established standards
Create and issue Purchase Orders (POs)
Hands-on experience working with SAP Ariba (Must have)
Support operational procurement activities as required
Process Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) outside sourcing events
Handle basic contract amendments such as extensions and date updates
Assist with supplier diversity initiatives, including mentorship and event coordination
Prepare, distribute, and track procurement-related documentation
Strong understanding of the end-to-end procurement lifecycle (supplier onboarding through contract execution)
Ability to collaborate in a team environment (e.g . Collaborating with Business units, Procurement Engagement Consultants, IPSS Management, etc)
Qualification
Required
W2 candidate- USC/GC (Entry level/ fresh Graduate)
Hands-on experience working with SAP Ariba (Must have)
