Responsibilities
System work will be done primarily in SAP Ariba
Assist with processing a high volume of low risk and low dollar requisitions (typically less than •••)
Tasks include confirming rates align to standards, benchmarking, and PO issuance
Assist with PO issuance and operational tasks as needed
Process NDAs that are not part of a sourcing event
Assist with Supplier Diversity program, including mentorship program and diversity event support
Process simple amendments (e.g., date changes, extensions, etc.)
Assist with capturing meeting minutes for critical meetings
Document creation, distribution, and execution
Purchase requisition issuance
Qualification
Required
Solid knowledge and experience of the overall Procurement Process (e.g., Supplier onboarding through contract execution)
System understanding of SAP Ariba
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to meet deadlines
Ability to manage a high-volume workload
Ability to collaborate in a team environment (e.g., Business units, Procurement Engagement Consultants, IPSS Management, etc.)
Fixed internet access with adequate upload and download speed to support working from home
Preferred
Ariba experience
