Responsibilities
Manage FPS Watch functions, processes, and information flow
Oversee quality and performance of watch personnel and operational deliverables
Maintain situational awareness of DHS- and FPS-related events, incidents, and threats
Coordinate information gathering and reporting with FPS elements and partner agencies
Lead training, exercises, and evaluations for watch personnel
Ensure compliance with operational procedures and reporting standards
Support executive-level briefings and decision-support products
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (required)
Minimum 12 years of experience in operations centers, emergency management, dispatch, or first responder environments
At least 8 years of management or supervisory experience
Active Secret clearance (required)
Preferred
Program or Project Management certification
