Responsibilities
Work independently with all levels of Core Leaders (System, Region, Service Area and Ministry) utilizing advanced subject matter expertise and coding skills to lead teams
Design advance data sources, develop quality assurance processes, test multiple hypotheses, design challenging visualizations, and use advanced contemporary data science techniques
Provide ongoing training and facilitate multiple projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Health Information Management, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, Healthcare or a related clinical or analytic discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
5 years - A equivalent of a minimum of years of relevant data analysis; a biomedical setting is preferred. Experience with database query and analysis languages (e.g. SQL, R, SAS, Python) and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, D3)
Preferred
Master's Degree in Health Information Management, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, Healthcare or a related clinical or analytic discipline
Within 1 year of hire: Certification in an IT discipline, application, or tool
