Responsibilities
Lead development of moderate to complex analysis, systems, and processes to drive payments including payment logic setup, contract and budget development, preparation of analytics and reports, and other related activity. Provide recommendations/awareness to management and/or key stakeholders
Lead the initiation and management of payment requests and workflows, collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure clarity, accuracy, and timely completion
Lead development of medium to large-scale new process design, improvements, and implementation in collaboration with cross-functional and cross BU teams. Provide recommendations/awareness to management and/or key stakeholders
Interact with HCPs, vendors, as well as internal functions and management to resolve inquiries, including reconciliations, analytics, and other ad hoc requests
Support team members through cross training, knowledge sharing, and collaborative problem solving to ensure consistent coverage and strengthen overall team capabilities

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or other related field with 3 years hands on experience managing small-to-mid scale projects or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria
Preferred
Understanding of contracts and negotiations with prior contracts or payments experience
Able to manage ambiguity, remain flexible while still maintaining an acute attention to detail
Good computer skills in usage of MS Office Suite and related project management system
Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills
Moderate understanding and knowledge of principles, theories, and concepts relevant to managing project plans
Good problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
Strict Attention to detail
Ability to work in a team environment, including the ability to manage vendors and project stakeholders
Ability to build productive internal/external working relationships
Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
