They are seeking a Service Desk Technician to provide frontline support at the help desk, diagnosing and resolving technical issues while maintaining accurate records of all work performed.

Responsibilities

Maintain first-tier support and the end user IT help desk by diagnosing and resolving end user IT issues
Perform problem resolution research to determine appropriate action to correct issues
Repairing, maintaining, and upgrading spare computers and related peripheral equipment
Promptly answering inbound help desk calls and inquiries
Maintaining reports, records, and documentation routinely
Attend and participate in meetings as required
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualification

A+ CertificationMicrosoft Windows 7 OSIT troubleshootingComputer hardware knowledgeCustomer service skillsProblem-solving skills

Required

Computer Related associates degree or an A+ Certification
A required thorough knowledge of computer parts, applications and hardware
A required thorough knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7 OS
A required knowledge of IT troubleshooting processes and equipment repair
Ability to operate network server, computer tape drive, and other business equipment
Strong customer service skills
Strong problem-solving skills
