Responsibilities
Architect and implement end‑to‑end security frameworks across enterprise ERP systems (D365 Finance & Operations, SAP)
Define identity, access, data protection, and compliance controls for multi‑ERP environments
Establish and maintain role‑based access models, segregation of duties (SoD), and least‑privilege structures across ERP platforms
Lead security design and governance for Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP (Finance, SCM)
Manage duties, privileges, security roles, legal entity security, and data entity access
Oversee D365 environment strategy security (DEV/TEST/UAT/PROD)
Conduct security assessments for ERP customizations, integrations, APIs, data migration pipelines, and third‑party extensions
Ensure secure data movement, encryption, retention, and cross‑system access governance
Oversee Azure AD / Entra ID integration, MFA, conditional access, and identity lifecycle governance
Define and enforce ERP security policies, audit controls, and compliance standards (SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001)
Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability reviews, and remediation planning across ERP systems
Partner with DevOps/Cloud teams to embed secure deployment practices and environment hardening
Lead incident response and root‑cause analysis for ERP‑related security events
Collaborate with functional, technical, and infrastructure teams to ensure secure solution delivery
Produce high‑quality documentation, security models, and governance artifacts
Qualification
Required
7–12 years of experience in enterprise security architecture
Strong background in ERP security (D365 ERP required; /SAP security experience is a plus)
Deep understanding of D365 security model (RBAC, duties, privileges, SoD)
Hands‑on experience with Azure AD / Entra ID, identity governance, conditional access, MFA
Experience securing ERP integrations, APIs, data migration pipelines, and custom extensions
Knowledge of cloud security controls (Azure Key Vault, network security, encryption, monitoring)
Strong understanding of compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001)
Ability to collaborate across functional, technical, and infrastructure teams
Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication skills
Preferred
Microsoft certifications: SC‑100, SC‑300, MB‑300, or D365 module certifications
Experience with Dynamics AX 2012 security
Exposure to DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated security testing
Experience in large‑scale, multi‑region ERP implementations
