Mid LevelPROLIM Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing / Industrial Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Weld Tooling Design and Validation. The ideal candidate will work closely with onsite and offshore teams to support production, tooling, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
Weld tooling design, development, and validation
Assembly process planning and optimization
Design of material handling equipment, carts, racks, and special-purpose tools
Validation of racks and carts based on load capacity
Design of templates, gauges, and productivity improvement tools
Develop and improve manufacturing process flows with cost reduction focus
Implement Lean manufacturing practices
Create and update:
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Change Notices (CN)
DOU documentation
Support material flow and standardization
Daily project follow-ups and customer interaction
Vendor coordination for tooling and project requirements
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Coordinate with Onsite Manager and Offshore teams for status reviews
Qualification
Required
Weld Tooling Design & Validation
Experience with weld tooling/templates design process flow and tooling components
Strong 3D CAD skills: SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo
Hands-on manufacturing process knowledge
Experience with ECN process and routing
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Enovia preferred)
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Strong onsite–offshore collaboration experience
Self-motivated, agile, and dynamic team player

Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment
