Responsibilities

Control tower management, supplier crisis support, on-site recovery when suppliers disrupt factory supply
Drive corrective actions to achieve ~95% on-time delivery targets in partnership with procurement teams
Rollout and manage Caterpillar’s internal capacity collaboration tool (NP/RCP), conduct detailed value stream and capacity analysis, and work closely with suppliers and procurement
On-site assessments for new, high-risk, or expanding suppliers to support sourcing and volume-shift decisions

Required

2+ years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, process engineering, supplier development, or capacity planning
Manufacturing background in any industry, automotive preferred
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess data, identify root causes, and support problem-solving
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with procurement teams and external suppliers

Preferred

Automotive or heavy equipment manufacturing experience
Experience in capacity planning, supplier performance, or production planning
Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems
Lean manufacturing knowledge (Lean, Six Sigma, value stream mapping)
