Senior Executive Assistant, Platform Experience
Amazon Development Center U.S., Inc. is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Executive Assistant to support the Vice President of the Platform Experience organization. This role requires outstanding planning and communication skills, solid organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple critical requests efficiently while maintaining professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities
Support the Vice President of PLEX by managing their calendar and coordinating with nested Executive Assistants across the organization
Anticipate needs and drive improvements to build capacity for the VP and their leadership team
Complete complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround
Build effective working relationships inside and outside the group to foster a process-driven and inclusive environment
Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of business objectives to support team goals and understand organizational procedures and best practices
Qualification
Required
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Experience with C-level executive calendar management
Experience as an Executive Assistant
Preferred
Experience managing teams
Experience working in a matrixed organization
