Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day administrative functions for designated Project such as organize and maintain department files and records, perform complex clerical duties and analytics, supply and equipment orders, etc
Assist in preparation of Project reports
Provide technical assistance to staff members as needed
Serve as a communication link to other CNHS departments and external groups involved with Project (e.g., coordinate project meeting timelines, convey concerns about project)
Independently research, develop, and compose presentation materials and speeches in a variety of settings; prepare charts, graphs, reports and results of work
Identify and understand issues, problems, and opportunities; determine potential courses of action and develop appropriate solutions
Speak up when team members appear to exhibit unsafe behavior or performance
Continuously validate and verify information needed for decision making or documentation
Stop in the face of uncertainty and takes time to resolve the situation
Demonstrate accurate, clear and timely verbal and written communication
Actively promote safety for patients, families, visitors and co-workers
Attend carefully to important details - practicing Stop, Think, Act and Review in order to self-check behavior and performance
Assist with coordination and completion of projects (e.g., use periodic checks to assess and track the progress of a Project's timeline and/or performance)
Assist with budget reports, as needed
Apply substantive knowledge in order to assist and represent manager thoroughly in the scope, diversity, and complexity of project and organizational commitments
Anticipate and responds to customer needs; follows up until needs are met
Demonstrate collaborative and respectful behavior
Partner with all team members to achieve goals
Receptive to others’ ideas and opinions
