Responsibilities
You will conduct project finance analysis to help a unique area of the business determine which projects are most accretive to the organization and align with enterprise strategy
You will partner with a unique area of the business to forecast budgets for all expenses and estimate the timing and magnitude of expected benefits
You will prepare and deliver regular reporting, including variance analysis, on project financials and performance metrics
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, validate assumptions, and ensure alignment with financial objectives
You will support ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed
You will synthesize financial information and communicate insights to both finance and non-finance audiences
You will proactively solve problems in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
You will demonstrate a commitment to accuracy, attention to detail, and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
Proficiency with financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar)
Strong financial acumen, with the ability to analyze complex data and present clear, actionable recommendations
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations and adapt to changing priorities
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to partnering with business stakeholders
