Responsibilities

Prospect and develop new accounts by showcasing how Datagrid can automate workflows and provide actionable insights
Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for deeper integration and expanded usage
Innovate and streamline the contract renewal process to maximize customer retention and growth
Conduct engaging in-person and virtual meetings to understand client challenges and tailor solutions
Cultivate executive-level relationships to drive strategic partnerships and collaborations
Deliver compelling product demonstrations that highlight the unique capabilities of our AI agents
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, customer success, product, and engineering) to enhance the customer journey
Contribute to the development of sales playbooks and best practices to optimize our approach
There will be some travel required

Required

3-5 years of full-cycle sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced software environment with a focus on high-velocity sales
A proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively
A positive attitude and a willingness to collaborate and innovate
A strong desire for success, aligned with our mission to democratize AI
A builder mindset, thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced setting
Ability to think creatively and navigate ambiguity to find effective solutions
Experience as an early sales hire in a high-growth startup
Strong technical acumen to engage effectively with product and engineering teams
Experience in selling through partnerships and direct sales channels
Familiarity with quarterly sales planning and forecasting
A background in acquiring new logos and driving rapid growth
